Working with Ryan was honestly one of the best decisions I made during the home buying process. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and some nerves going into it, but he made everything feel clear, organized, and manageable from start to finish. Ryan was extremely responsive, patient, and always took the time to explain things in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported. When it came time for walkthroughs, negotiations, and closing, he was very proactive and on top of every detail, which gave me a lot of confidence. I recently purchased a condo with help from Colette and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I went into this process entirely blind and at every step Colette was there to help or to answer any of my thousand questions. She was able to provide numerous recommendations for attorneys she has worked with in the past, inspectors she knew would do a great job and for insurance agents. She would promptly respond to any texts and was often able to get access to properties rather quickly. I waited a long time to finally purchase something because I was always worried about getting lost in the process, but after meeting Colette and seeing the amazing service she provided to me, I now regret waiting so long as she did everything in her power to get me into a home that I absolutely love. I don't really know what more anyone could want in a real estate agent. If you are beginning your journey into home ownership, I strongly recommend Colette.
