Before entering real estate, Malcolm spent over a decade as a doorman and elevator operator in Gramercy, Manhattan. This role gave him a unique perspective on New York City life, as he regularly engaged with residents, visitors, and brokers. Trusted for his warmth, attentiveness, and reliability, Malcolm became a familiar face to tenants, often offering advice, encouragement, and even casually highlighting the benefits of the building to prospective residents—instincts that foreshadowed his career in real estate.
