Lucinda M. Clarke was born and raised in Harlem and appreciates the history, culture and diversity of the neighborhood. Lucinda M. Clarke was born and raised in Harlem and appreciates the history, culture and diversity of the neighborhood. Her experience with city-run housing programs such as TIL- Tenant Interim Lease inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. Within TIL, she gained first-hand experience reviewing contracts and proposals, financial reporting and property management.  Lucinda worked in a variety of fields including retail management and social services, created the foundation to becoming a committed and successful agent. She feels that providing quality customer service, being a good listener, highly organized and a passionate advocate for clients are paramount.  In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym (pre-COVID), spending time with family and friends, dining at the many restaurants and lounges in Harlem and other parts of the city.
