Janice started out her real estate career 13 years ago by renting and selling properties in Manhattan. She left the industry when she started a family and moved to Long Island. While raising her two kids at home, she started an event planning company that specialized in weddings and other social events. While she loved the creative aspect of event planning, she missed the exciting world of real estate. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion. Her client dedication and love of helping others are what motivate her most. Janice of has a love art and interior design and architecture which definitely influences how she views a homes potential. This can be beneficial to clients who have a hard time visualizing a space once it has been redone. Raised in both Jamaica and Miami, Janice graduated from University of Florida before moving to New York. She remains a loyal Florida fan (Go Gators!) and loves the NFL Giants team as well. In her free time, Janice enjoys decorating homes and still loves throwing beautiful events.
