Keith Woo offers a truly consultative approach to real estate. A self-described architecture buff, Keith is fascinated by how spaces are used and transformed historically and by their occupants. With that in mind, he focuses on getting to know his clients and providing options that cater to their needs and wants. He's known for his personable, confident approach and his seemingly endless patience, which he backs with a lifelong familiarity with the city and a solid business background. Before Keith's decade+ career in real estate, he had a long former life in banking, primarily in corporate and structured finance. Prior to that, he was an engineer for the EPA. Those roles honed both his appreciation for green building design and his facility with numbers for the investment aspect of real estate. Born in Hong Kong and raised in New York City, Keith holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. He resides in the stunning Sugar Hill section of Harlem and can often be found exploring the city's best new restaurants or seeking out fellow volleyball enthusiasts.
