Construction was started about 5 years ago and never completed. Here is an opportunity to put your stamp on the finishing touches. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with a finished basement has tall ceilings and very large rooms. There are hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms and the well appointed reclaimed wood finishes give this new build home rustic charm suited for a hilltop house in the woods. Located in Cornwallville, a hamlet in the town of Durham, the house is sitting on 4 acres with a dirtbike track and jumps through the woods. This property offers the opportunity for all kinds of outdoor fun. The electric is turned off, but can be operated with a generator. There are radiant lines installed in the basement floor and baseboard radiators throughout the house, but there is no furnace. This gives you the opportunity to decide what kind of fuel and heating you would like to use. With siding, a front deck and all finished, this will make for an amazing home.
